This Dim Sum restaurant has established itself for more than 50years, probably your parents and even grandparents had patronised it. Located within the central food haven  near Mustafa, Swee Choon serves yummy Shanghai and Hong kong style dim sum. The price slightly pricier, with the food and varieties comparable with Geylang 126.

  

  We have Ryan and Yiling with us this time for our late night supper hunt. :) We were there at about 11pm, there was a queue in front of the cafe but the wait was short. The good news were there was seats outside and pre-order was possible. One of the must try here is their authentic mee sua kueh. Some like and dislike about this kueh, it is very crispy on the outside while soft and moist in the inside. The beancurd prawn roll was filled with plenty of fresh prawn and was surprisingly better than 126. The good size soupy xiaolong bao filled us with the touch of good old Shanghaiese Dim sum.

  

In all Swee choon has a good ambience, price wise is slightly more than 126 and its dim sum has a standard comparable with 126. :)
